If you’re having stomach trouble,

morbidthinspo:

I suggest a stomach massage. It stimulates blood flow to your abdomen, thus increasing the productivity of your internal organs. It also tightens and makes the muscles more firm, resulting in a flatter stomach. It feels great too.

Skinny Tips and Tricks that I use…

morbidthinspo:

Make sure you enjoy the exercise you are doing. Me personally, I like dancing, particularly hardcore dancing and hip hop. Who cares if you look like an idiot if nobody’s watching!

Snack on pickles and jalapenos. They’re low calorie and boost your metabolism.

When you get hungry chew sugarfree gum. It’s claimed as a free food by the American Diabetic association and also has a laxative effect. People who chew large amounts of it have unexplained weight loss, done by a study in Britain.

When you feel like you’re going to faint, put your head between your legs and count to thirty and then go eat 2 saltines.

Second helpings on veggies only. If you eat a lot of veggies, you won’t feel like eating a bunch of carbs.

Top your salad with salsa, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, or spicy brown mustard instead of fatty dressings.

Diet soda… need I say more?

B complex vitamins… I take some every day. They boost your metabolism.

Never eat lunch, but always eat breakfast.

Steel cut oats are a great breakfast and they fill you up throughout the day. I measure 1/4 cup dry and it’s only 75 calories.

Craving sweets? Chew and spit method. Put it in your mouth, taste it, and then spit it into a napkin. That way you won’t have to purge which is a real pain and a health hazard.

Smoking… I mean yeah it’s bad for your health but I personally have a love affair with cigarillos and american spirits. It burns an extra 200 calories a day.

Water’s boring. Buy some kool aid mix or make some iced tea with sweet and low!

Always check your thigh gap in the morning.

Chocolate is okay once in awhile. Having a little treat sparingly keeps you from binging. 1 Hershey’s miniature is only 45 calories.

Inner thigh exercises… front leg lifts, pleas and lunges work wonders.

Lift 5 lb weights to get rid of bingo wings.

Drink your coffee black with cinnamon and sweet and low. Coffee boosts metabolism and cinnamon lowers your blood sugar.

Veggies are an acceptable breakfast. This southern girl loves her turnip greens, without the lard of course…

Alcohol… only drink it on special occasions, and the less you eat, the drunker you’ll get for less.

Take diet pills, only if you’re comfortable and they’re safe.

Ok so I love peanut butter, and it’s been a struggle keeping away from it, so I bought this stuff called fit nutz butter. It’s only 25 calories per tablespoon instead of 100.

Take calcium supplements, unless you want your dentist bill to be horrendous.

HOT SAUCE! Put it on things that you like. It boosts metabolism.

When you’re on your period and craving junk food, get out of the kitchen, drink a diet soda and clean the house.

Always get a good night’s sleep.

When you are craving everything in sight, go on a food blog with a wad of sugarfree gum in your mouth and pretend you’re eating everything that you see. Trust me it works.

Get rid of the scale. It will make you miserable. Instead, buy a super small article of clothing and don’t stop losing weight until it’s loose on you.

Look at your bones in the mirror and feel your spine from time to time. It will keep you motivated.

If you can fit your hands around your thigh you’re all right!

Do at least 100 crunches before you go to bed.

The less sugar you eat, the less cellulite you’ll have.
